I get an error message when trying to borrow an item from hoopla, "Sorry, it appears that something is wrong with your library card and PIN."

Answer

This error is triggered when your library card number or library card PIN/password has changed.  You can login into hoopla, but can't actually borrow anything.

 

 

To fix this problem, login to hoopla and visit Settings --- Library and update the information.  This screen is also accessible by clicking the gear icon on the upper right and selecting the "Library" tab.

If you don't know your current library card PIN/password, you can reset it on our website. If you're still having issues, please contact us.  During regular library business hours, please call us at 281-341-2605 to be connected to a librarian.
