How do I recommend a title for purchase?

If there is a title that is not currently in our catalog, you can submit a suggest-a-title request. To do this, please complete this form on our Suggest a Title page. You will have the option to select the type of format you would like this title, book, audiobook, e-book, etc. In the future, you can find this option on our website under the Borrowing tab and selecting the option, Suggest a Title.
For titles that we currently do not offer, you can also request these titles via our interlibrary loan (ILL) request. This service allows you access to materials other libraries offer, but Fort Bend County Library does not currently own. To complete a request for an ILL for you can do so from our website from this link: https://www.fortbendlibraries.gov/form/request-an-interlibrary-loan or from our home page (www.fortbendlibraries.gov) by selecting Borrowing and then clicking "Interlibrary Loan."
