PIN - How do I access/change my PIN?

You can reset your PIN electronically by doing the following:
- Go to the library's homepage: https://www.hcpl.net/
- Click on My Account at the top right
- Click "Forgot My PIN"
- Enter your library card number
An email will be sent to the email address on file in your account to reset your PIN. Please check you spam and junk folder if not found in your inbox.
Alternately, you can call or visit your local branch (https://www.hcpl.net/locations) for assistance.
